Privacy Policy

This website belongs to Patrick Barrett, a real estate broker with Compass Colorado, LLC d/b/a Compass. This policy explains what happens to information you share through the site.

What we collect

When you send a form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, optional phone number, your message, and for some forms a property address. We also record the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in that page's address (such as utm_source), the date and time, your browser type, and a one-way scrambled code derived from your IP address that cannot be turned back into the address. It is used only to slow down spam.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you and to help with the real estate question you asked. We do not sell or rent your information, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send text messages. If you sign up for new listings and open houses, Patrick emails you personally; reply at any time to stop.

Spam protection

Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser for this purpose under its own privacy policy.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Inquiries are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare and kept for up to 24 months, then deleted automatically. Access is limited to Patrick and the person who maintains the website.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If privacy-friendly visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) are switched on, they count page views without cookies or personal profiles.

Your choices
